Response Team Operatives operate along side other crowd safety and security teams, they must be customer and visitor-friendly, approachable, have excellent communications skills and be able to meet and greet your customers or guests. If any problems arise that they are unable to resolve we have dedicated Supervisors on hand to assist.

Our Stewards are on hand to assist the public, identifying and dealing with physical hazards, how to search the venue for suspect items and controlling the entry and exit of people at events.
